We are proud to announce the appointment of Michael Geach as Dunmow Group’s new SHEQ Manager, overseeing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality across all our operations.
Michael brings with him 30 years of experience in the waste industry. In his career, he has covered nearly every aspect of the waste industry, from skip lorry driving and plant operation in his early days to managing depots and implementing compliance systems.
Michael’s role will be central to ensuring that our business continues to lead the way in health and safety standards, environmental compliance, and quality assurance.
He will maintain, be responsible and will continue improving compliance across all ISO standards: 9001, 14001 and 45001 during our annual external audits.
“My plan with Dunmow Group is to make our transfer stations the safest in Essex. I strive to make compliance a regular occurrence and not a chore. I want all our staff to feel safe at work, which will empower them to be the best at what they do.”
