Business As Usual - COVID-19 Update

Here at Dunmow Group, our business is operating as usual. Despite the uncertainty in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19, we continue to operate all of our waste services to our corporate and domestic customers.

Keeping our customers and staff safe is, of course, our priority. But, as you’d expect, so is delivering on our promise to manage the waste of businesses and residents in Essex. So if you’re expecting a collection or delivery from us, or are getting in touch to book, we’d like to tell you about the measures we’ve put in place to give everyone a little extra reassurance.

  • Our deliveries and collections are now all contact free. This means that our drivers will take a photo rather than ask for a signature to confirm pick-up or drop-off, which is then automatically uploaded into our booking system

  • Our skip lorries are all fitted with remotes to control the loading and unloading of skips or aggregates from a distance, making it safer for customers and drivers

  • Customers can reach us in the usual ways, but we have added a new online booking and chat system to our website to make it even easier to book and ask questions

  • Our vehicles are stocked with sanitising products and our drivers are following the latest NHS guidelines

Our technology means that our business runs from wherever we are. From processing bookings to answering the phone and delivering skips, Dunmow Group is open for business.
