Introducing our new Employee Spotlight series, we thought it would be fun to show you the faces of the staff behind the scenes of Dunmow Group and what role they play for ensuring Dunmow Group are the number one leaders for waste management.


What is your job role at Dunmow Group? 

I have been part of the Dunmow team for just over six years. I am Dunmow's Customer Service Manager, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. I also help manage the sales team with Holly, our Call Center manager as well as look after a selection of our key account customers. 

What is the best part of working for Dunmow Group? 

I love that we offer a variety of services across the group and not just skip hire. There is never a dull moment working for Dunmow, and it certainly keeps you on your toes!  

What is the favourite part of your job? 

Knowing that some of the areas of my job role are important and that I am needed for the smooth operation of Dunmow. I get satisfaction from knowing that i am needed in the team for the bigger picture.

Can you explain Dunmow in three words? 

Striving for excellence.

What is something that people don't know about you?

Nothing really sticks out to be honest...

What's your food heaven and food hell?

Food heaven = ox tail. Food hell = vegan plant meat.

What is the most unusual thing in your desk draw?

I am obsessed with mince pies! So i always have a secret stash.

When you were younger, what did you want to be?

I am not sure! But over the years working within the construction and tool hire industry, being a buyer has really grown on me. It's something I would be interested in pursuing.

What is your favourite or most used Emoji?

I am going to ruin the fun... I don't use them!
