Courtney joined Dunmow Group as a Sales Advisor, quickly establishing herself as a valued member of the team. Through her commitment to customer service, product knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile, she has built strong relationships with customers across Essex and earned the trust of colleagues throughout the business.
In her new role, Courtney will work closely with small- and medium-sized builders, contractors, and scrap metal customers, providing a dedicated point of contact for their waste management and recycling needs. Whether supporting construction projects with skip hire, grab hire and waste collections, or helping businesses and trades maximise the value of their scrap metal, Courtney will ensure customers receive tailored solutions backed by outstanding service.
The role will also see Courtney working with a wide range of metal-producing businesses, including engineering companies, manufacturers, fabricators, electricians, plumbers, demolition contractors, automotive businesses and local trades. From regular collections and weighbridge tipping to advice on segregating ferrous and non-ferrous metals, she'll help customers recycle efficiently while achieving the best possible value for their material.
Courtney's promotion reflects her dedication, commitment and the positive impact she has made since joining the business.
